1. Overview

EE_Adapter_v1 ("the Bot") is a research and experimental tool developed by Henry Pozzetta. The Bot connects Discord servers to the Entropy Engine, a real-time information stability monitoring system, and to the Claude API provided by Anthropic, Inc. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Bot, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Bot to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Bot or its underlying systems
Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Violate Anthropic's Usage Policies governing the Claude API

4. Data Collection and Privacy

The Bot processes message content only when directly @mentioned in a monitored channel. Message content is transmitted to the Claude API (Anthropic, Inc.) for response generation, and to the Entropy Engine for real-time stability analysis.

The Bot does not store message content after a response is generated. No personally identifiable information is retained by the Bot or its operator. Users should review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how message data is handled by the Claude API.

5. No Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" for research and experimental purposes. No warranty is made regarding uptime, accuracy of responses, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Bot may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Henry Pozzetta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to reliance on any information generated by the Bot.
